Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@sweet-sleep.co.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Packages returned to us for this reason will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at info@sweet-sleep.co.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@sweet-sleep.co and we will help you resolve the issue.
