These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sweet-sleep.co (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Sweet Sleep, a brand operated by SASA ECOM LLC ("Sweet Sleep", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. Colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent.

3. Products — Intended Use

Sweet Sleep products are comfort and sleep accessories intended to support a restful sleep environment. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including any sleep disorder. Please follow the care and use directions on each product page. If you experience any irritation or discomfort, discontinue use. Individual results and experiences may vary.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel an order before shipment and issue a full refund.

5. One-Time Purchases Only

Sweet Sleep sells all products on a one-time purchase basis. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, auto-ship plans, automatic renewals, or any other form of recurring charge. Each order you place is processed as a single, independent transaction, and you will not be charged again unless you place a new order yourself.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Sweet Sleep name, logos, text, images, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to SASA ECOM LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit false or fraudulent information.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties except those that cannot be waived under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SASA ECOM LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
