Is this for sleep apnea?

No. This is intended to help reduce snoring, and that is the only thing we will tell you it does. It is not a treatment for sleep apnea and it is not a replacement for anything a doctor has prescribed. Snoring can be a sign of a sleep breathing disorder, so if you or your partner have been told you stop breathing at night, or you wake up gasping or exhausted, get that checked before you buy anything.

How do I fit it?

Pick your size first, Men's or Women's, since the two start from a different anatomical shape. Then soften it in hot water, bite down for about a minute, and it takes the shape of your own teeth. If the first impression is off, you can soften it and do it again. It takes one go for most people and two for the rest.

Will it be uncomfortable at first?

Probably, for a few nights. Extra saliva, a dry mouth in the morning and mild jaw or tooth soreness are common while you adjust, and your bite can feel slightly off for a little while after you take it out. That is why the adjustment goes one millimetre at a time. Stop using it and get advice if you get persistent pain, a bite that stays changed, or a jaw that locks.

Who should not use it?

Not for use with temporomandibular joint disorders, fixed braces, dentures, implants or loose teeth, and not with central apnea or serious breathing difficulty unless a professional tells you otherwise. It is a personal device: one mouth, one mouthpiece, never shared.

What people are saying

4.8 out of 5. Individual experiences may vary

I had been in the guest room since spring. We are back in the same room, which is all I wanted.

We had already bought strips, a spray and a new pillow. This is the first one that made a difference I could hear.

The rigid one I tried before wrecked my jaw in two nights. Going up a millimetre at a time is a completely different experience.

Sound familiar?

If one of you has moved to the guest room...

The elbow every half hour

You nudge him, it stops for five minutes, then it starts again. Neither of you is actually sleeping.

You have tried the cheap stuff

Strips, sprays, another pillow. None of them touch the jaw, which is where the noise is coming from.

The rigid one hurt

One fixed shape that pushes your jaw as far as it goes from night one. That is how most people give up on these.

Small Adjustments. Quieter Nights.

Nights one and two I hated it. By the end of the first week I was going to bed without thinking about it, and my wife stopped keeping score.

Questions, answered

Everything you might be wondering

01Is this a treatment for sleep apnea?
No, and this is the most important answer on the page. This mouthpiece is intended to help reduce snoring. It is not a treatment for sleep apnea, it is not a replacement for a device or therapy a doctor has prescribed, and we will not tell you otherwise to make a sale. Snoring can be a sign of a sleep breathing disorder. If you have been told you stop breathing during the night, if you wake up gasping, or if you sleep eight hours and still feel wrecked, get that looked at by a professional first. That matters more than anything we sell.
02How do I mold it to my teeth?
Choose your size first, Men's or Women's: the two start from a different anatomical shape, and getting that right is what makes the rest of the fit work. Then soften it in hot water, put it in and bite down for about a minute while it sets to the shape of your teeth. That is the whole fitting process, and it is why you do not need an appointment to get one made. If the impression comes out crooked or shallow, soften it and do it again: it can be remolded.
03What does the adjustment actually do?
It holds your lower jaw slightly forward while you sleep, and you set how far with the included tool, one millimetre at a time up to eight. Start at the lowest setting and go up a millimetre every few nights until the noise drops. Going straight to the maximum on the first night is the single most common reason people abandon a mouthpiece: it is also the fastest way to a sore jaw.
04Will it be uncomfortable at first?
For the first few nights, probably. Extra saliva, a dry mouth in the morning and mild jaw or tooth soreness are common while you get used to it, and your bite can feel slightly off for a while after you take it out. Those usually settle. What does not count as settling in: persistent pain, a bite that stays changed, or a jaw that locks. If any of those happen, stop using it and get advice.
05Who should not use this?
Do not use it if you have a temporomandibular joint disorder, fixed braces, dentures, implants or loose teeth, and do not use it with central apnea or serious breathing difficulty unless a professional has told you it is fine. If you are under dental treatment, ask your dentist before you start. We would rather lose the sale than have you find this out the hard way.
06Can two of us share one?
No. It is molded to one set of teeth and it goes in your mouth every night, so it is a personal device and it is never shared, not even once. If both of you need one, that is two mouthpieces, and you can pick Men's for one and Women's for the other.
07How does shipping and the guarantee work?

Standard shipping is free, and you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. 08What if it is not for me?
Try it risk-free. Give it the first week and work up gradually rather than judging it on night one. If it is still not right for you, just reach out and we are happy to help and make it right. One-time purchase, no subscription and no surprise charges.
