Unzip the inner case and add or remove handfuls of the soft memory-foam fill until the height and firmness feel right for you. It takes just a couple of minutes, and you can re-adjust any time.
02What if I remove too much fill?
It's completely reversible. Keep the fill you take out and add it back whenever you like, so you can keep fine-tuning until it fits you perfectly.
03Is it good for my sleep position?
Yes. Set it high and full for side sleeping, or lower and softer for back or stomach sleeping. Because you control the fill, it adapts to how you actually sleep.
04Will it go flat over time?
No. The bounce-back memory foam resists compression and holds its shape night after night, so it stays supportive instead of flattening out in a few months.
05Does it sleep hot?
No. The breathable cover promotes airflow and stays cool to the touch, so you stay comfortable through the night.
06Can I wash it?
