  • Holds bump, back and hips-two wedges with wings that keep you comfortable on your side.
  • Leaves room in the bed-compact, so your partner keeps their side.
  • Width that fits your bump-adjust the band, plus a mini cushion for knees or back.
Is it big enough to hold me?

Straight answer: it is smaller than a big U on purpose. It does not wrap your whole body or hold your head. It holds your bump and your back, with wings at your hips, and you keep your usual pillow for your head. If you want something to hug from head to toe, a large U is the better buy. If you want to stay comfortable on your side and keep the bed, this is the one.

Does the width really adjust?

Yes. The two wedges are joined by a band you can pull in or let out, so you decide how close they sit to your bump and your back. Bring them in early on and open them up as your bump grows.

What is the small cushion for?

It is an extra you place wherever you want a little more: between your knees, behind your lower back or under your bump. It comes with the pillow, so there is nothing else to buy.

Can I wash the cover?

Yes. The cover comes off the pillow, so you can wash it on its own. Follow the care label sewn into the cover for washing and drying, and put it back on once it is completely dry.

Pregnant woman resting on her side with Bub's Maternity Pillow

My bump finally has somewhere to rest. I lie on my side, it sits in the wedge, and I do not rebuild a pile of pillows every night.

Unboxing Bub's Maternity Pillow on a bed

My wife used to build a wall of pillows between us. Now it is one small pillow and I have my side of the bed back.

I turn over a lot. With this I just roll, pull it around and I am set again. No wrestling.

Sound familiar?

If you need a pile of pillows just to stay on your side...

The pillow pile falls apart

One under your bump, one behind your back, one between your knees. By morning they are on the floor.

The giant U takes the bed

It wraps around you and half the mattress, and your partner ends up clinging to the edge.

Turning over is a project

Every time you switch sides you climb out, drag it around and set everything up again.

Bump, Back and Hips. Half the Bed.

What comes in the box, how it fits around you and how much bed it leaves. Individual experiences may vary.

I tried a huge wraparound one and gave up because it took the whole bed. This sits behind my back and under my bump, and I set the band so it fits me.

Questions, answered

Everything you might be wondering

01It is small. Will it really hold me?
Fair question, so here is the honest answer. It is compact by design. It is not a pillow to hug from head to toe, and it does not hold your head or your legs. What it does is hold the two places that matter when you lie on your side: one wedge under your bump, one against your back, and wings that keep your hips steady. The band between them adjusts, so the wedges sit close against you instead of leaving gaps. Keep your usual pillow for your head and use the mini cushion between your knees if you like something there. If you love being wrapped up in a big U, that is a fair preference. If you want to stay on your side and still have room in the bed, this is the pillow for that.
02How do I set it up?
Lie on your side first, then place it. One wedge goes under your bump and the other against your back, with the wings resting at your hips. Pull the band in or let it out until both wedges sit snugly against you without pushing. Keep your usual pillow under your head. The mini cushion goes wherever you want a little more: between your knees, behind your lower back or under your bump. When you turn over, roll, pull the pillow around with you and readjust the band if it needs it. Finding your settings takes a little trial, and after that it is quick.
03Can I use it for reading in bed?
Yes. Sitting up or reclining, put the back wedge or the mini cushion behind your lower back while you read or rest. The pillow is made for one thing: your own body while you are lying down, reclining, resting or reading. Use it for that and nothing else, and for any concern about your pregnancy, follow the advice of your own healthcare provider.
04Will it fit me as my bump grows?
That is what the adjustable band is for. Early on, bring the wedges in close so they sit against your bump and your back. As your bump grows, let the band out to give it more room. The wings stay at your hips throughout, so the fit changes with you instead of you working around the pillow. One pillow, adjusted as you go, for your whole pregnancy.
05How do I wash it?
The cover comes off, so it is the part that goes in the wash. Wash and dry it following the care label sewn into the cover, since that label has the right settings for this fabric. Let it dry completely before you put it back on. For the inner pillow and the mini cushion, follow their own labels. Keeping the cover clean is the easy way to keep the whole pillow looking and feeling good through your pregnancy.
06What is it made of?
The cover is a blend of rayon from bamboo and polyester, soft against your skin and removable for washing. The exact fiber percentages are on the sewn label. Inside, the wedges are filled with polyester fiber and microfiber clusters, which give them a soft, even hold around your bump and your back.
