01Will it go flat like the last one I bought?
Every foam cushion softens a little with use, and anyone promising you one that never changes is selling you something. The difference is where it starts. Cheap pads use low-density foam that packs down in the first couple of weeks and never comes back. This is high-density foam with a contoured profile: it compresses under your weight and returns to shape, which is why it still feels like a cushion months in instead of a sheet of felt.
02Will it work on my office chair and in the car?
It sits on top of the seat you already have, with no straps and nothing to install, so it moves between the desk chair, the car and the dining chair in a second. One honest thing to know first: any seat cushion raises you a little, so if your desk is already tight on legroom or the steering wheel sits close, that is worth thinking about before you order.
03Does it slide around on the seat?
The base is non-slip, so it grips instead of creeping forward every time you shift your weight. 04Which way round does it go?

05How do I clean it?
The cover unzips and goes in the washing machine, which matters on something you sit on every day. Wash it cool and let it air dry rather than tumbling it. The foam core does not go in the wash: wipe it down and leave it to air out.
